Plastic surgery in Siena
Aesthetic surgery consultations and maxillofacial assessments in Siena.
What takes place here is the consultation, not the operation: a clinical and informative discussion assessing the starting point, clarifying expectations and limits, and setting out the available options with their recovery times and risks. Including the non-surgical ones, which are sometimes the more sensible answer.
It is a distinction worth making immediately, because people booking sometimes expect an already-decided surgical pathway. The consultation does not commit you to proceed: it exists so that you can decide with the right information, and leaving it with the advice not to operate is as legitimate an outcome as the other.
The Siena clinic also offers maxillofacial assessment, concerning the structures of the face — jaw bones, temporomandibular joint, soft tissues — with both functional and aesthetic aspects. It is a service available only here.

Frequently asked questions
Does the consultation commit me to surgery?
No. It is an assessment and information discussion, ending with a clear picture of the options rather than a booking in theatre. Many consultations end with advice for a non-surgical pathway, or to wait: these are normal outcomes and not a failure of the visit.
What should I bring to a maxillofacial assessment?
Any X-rays, CT scans or orthodontic documentation already done. Bringing them avoids repeating tests and considerably speeds up the assessment: in this field such information weighs more than the account, because it concerns structures that cannot be evaluated by looking.
Is maxillofacial assessment also available in Florence?
No, it is available only at the Siena clinic. Plastic surgery consultation, by contrast, takes place at both. We prefer to say so here rather than let you discover the journey when booking.
